Beef animals are: 1.raise and finished on our organic pastures 2. receiving high quality hay in the winter. 3. do NOT receive any antibiotics, synthetic hormones or dewormers. Our beef comes from Black Angus beef Steers and Jersey dairy Steers. The Jersey steers are raised on high butterfat milk from their mamas, which adds great flavor and tenderness to the meat. None of our steers receive corn, grain or GMO feeds of any kind. However, if you are buying beef by the cut this comes from our organic dairy cull cows that receive organic corn silage and small grains for several months during the year. If you prefer 100% grass-fed and grass finished meat, opt for buying a whole, half or quarter of beef from the steers which will be available beginning as early as June.

|Tenderized Round Steak (Seven W Farm)|
Bottom round steak is one of the leanest cuts from the cow, and when properly tenderized, is succulent and delicious. It's cut from the heavily exercised muscle of the cow's hind leg. One of the best methods to cook this cut is to pan fry it.

T-Bone Steaks are commonly described as a strip steak with a small, t-shaped bone and a piece of tenderloin. Tasty and delicious, the t-bone is built for grilling. The generous amounts of fat keep it moist while its tenderloin heart stays tender and flavorful.

Rib Eye Steaks are sliced from a standing rib roast. It is a boneless cut. (When the bone is attached it is called a Rib Steak.) The excellent marbling in this cut makes it loaded with flavor and helps it remain tender during cooking. This steak is best grilled and will not disappoint!
